Working with young people, individuals, couples and families.
Working with young people, individuals, couples and families.
Kelli-Anne is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker who uses evidence-based techniques to work with clients in the areas of anxiety, depression, trauma, communication, managing stress, improving social skills, self-esteem and behaviour change. Kelli-Anne also works with parents to support their children with their child's mental health.
Kelli-Anne works with individuals over the age of 12 and families using evidence based therapies (cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy and mindfulness) in addition to couples regarding relationship issues.
Kelli-Anne helps clients to move from a place of struggle to one of greater choice, flexibility and freedom. The cultivation of self-compassion and non-judgmental awareness is fundamental to her approach and the basis for facilitating lasting change. Kelli-Anne's practice provides a safe and empathic space from which individuals can gain understanding and feel more empowered and resilient.
Not only will Kelli-Anne work with the individual, but she can work with the whole system that surrounds and supports her clients.
