FEES

In person and Telehealth appointments - 50 minutes $160.

Medicare Rebates available with a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP for up to 10 sessions per calendar year.

(Full fee paid to KA Family Well-being at time of appointment. 

Medicare rebate amount is $81.90, processed at time of appointment) .

Private Health claims available from Bupa, Teachers Health, Uni Health, Nurses and Midwives Health, HCF and Doctors Health (with appropriate cover).

Meetings with schools/stakeholders off site will be charged at $160 per meeting plus $40 travelling fee.

Meetings/updates with schools/stakeholders over the phone for up to 15 mins - free of charge.

Supervision Fees

Kelli-Anne provides professional supervision and mentoring to Social Workers and Support Workers.    

$160 per 50 minute appointment.

Please note we require 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your session, or a cancellation fee of $100.00 will be charged. This provides us with  enough time to allocate the session to another client.  If you cancel your session on  the day, or do not arrive for your session, this will incur the full session fee. If you are  

late to your session, we will need to still finish the session on time to avoid disrupting other sessions.  We can alternatively conduct the session via Telehealth if you are too unwell to attend.
