IN PERSON AND TELEHEALTH APPOINTMENTS

50 minute session - $160

Medicare Rebates: Available with a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP for up to 10 sessions per calendar year.

Full fee ($160) is paid at the time of the appointment.
Medicare rebate of $85.20 is processed at the time of the appointment.

Private Health Claims: Available with appropriate cover from Bupa, Teachers Health, Uni Health, Nurses and Midwives Health, HCF, and Doctors Health.

Additional Services

Off-site meetings with schools/stakeholders – $160 per meeting + $40 travel fee.
Phone meetings/updates with schools/stakeholders (up to 15 minutes) – Free of charge.

SUPERVISION FEES

Kelli-Anne provides professional supervision and mentoring to Social Workers, Human Service Workers and Support Workers.

$180 per 60 minute appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note we require 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your session, or a cancellation fee of $100.00 will be charged. This provides us with enough time to allocate the session to another client.

If you cancel your session on the day, or do not arrive for your session, this will incur the full session fee. If you are late to your session, we will need to still finish the session on time to avoid disrupting other sessions.

We can alternatively conduct the session via Telehealth if you are too unwell to attend.
